MEDICAL & DENTAL ADMISSION GUIDANCE:
In India since NEET exam came, the admission/counseling process is either conducted by state government or MCC for all Government, Semi-government, Minority, Private and Deemed medical college across India. Now NEET is included for AIIMS and JIPMER admission also. Today not even a single medical seat is solely with the medical colleges in India (including general/Management or the NRI SEATS). Qualifying NEET is COMPULSORY.
How has this happened: As per Supreme Court Judgement Writ Petition (Civil) No. 267/2017 DARUS-SLAM EDUCATIONAL TRUST only Central Government & State Government Counselling Authority can conduct the counseling process for NEET: No college is authorized to take direct admission or conduct counseling for NEET qualified candidate.
HENCE WE SUGGEST DO NOT BECOME VICTIM OF AGENTS GIVING FALSE PROMISES FOR ADMISSION IN ANY COLLEGE THROUGH ANY OTHER MEANS
COUNSELLING PROCESS:
NRI/FN/OCL/NRI SPONSOR

Physical Counselling: Here one has to be physically present at the Counseling venue of that particular State, i.e., physical presence of the students is mandatory.
